I have been touched, inspired & heartbroken by friends and strangers that are struggling to remain hopeful during their children's fight with leukemia. I don't have much to give, but anything can help.

Two stories in particular inspired me to want to make this my charity donation this year. A friend and fellow photographer has a son with leukemia, and I was introduced to another young man's story via a photography group on facebook. Please visit their blogs if you can:

It's the most wonderful time of the year! <3

The Christmas decorations are up around town and everyone is all-a-buzz about the HOLIDAYS! Yay! I know, I know... it isn't even Thanksgiving yet. I'm not one of those who thinks that Christmas should wait its turn. I'd put my Christmas tree up in August if my kiddos wouldn't think I was a crazy lady!

A couple of weeks ago I spent an afternoon in the garden with this beautiful family. The Autumn colors and setting sun worked magic on these photos!  As I'm sure you'll agree.. it was hard NOT to take a perfect picture of these beauties. Engagement Photography | Gainesville, FL

I had SO MUCH FUN doing this engagement session with C & J! They were kind enough to choose me to do their engagement photos, knowing full well that this was my very first engagement session.  I was so excited about the diner idea, I handmade the striped straws myself. :)  I am thrilled with the results and inspired to do more, more, more! The gorgeous Lake Alice was a costar in this engagement picnic<3

Family Photography | Daddy & Daughter Day

I had the pleasure of meeting this Daddy & Daughter duo at a local park for a beautiful and fun photo shoot. One thing is for certain... this girl has Daddy wrapped around her little finger. It's easy to see how, by the end of the shoot she had me, too! :)
